We remove all existing roofing material down to the deck. No layering over old shingles. Layering traps moisture, adds weight, and hides problems. We don’t do it.

Deck Inspection & Repair
Once the old material is off, we inspect the full deck for soft spots, rot, or damaged sheathing. Any compromised sections are repaired or replaced before anything else goes on.

Ice & Water Shield
Self-adhering membrane installed at eaves, valleys, and around all penetrations, the areas most vulnerable to water infiltration and ice damming.
